Dead End Publishing shares haunting stories, supernatural encounters, and writing inspiration with those who crave the eerie and unexplained. Through books, haunted house tours, and storytelling events, the company immerses its audience in ghostly lore and creative inspiration, while providing a platform for aspiring authors to share their work.
In designing the brand identity, my goal was to to capture the thrill of the unknown without making it feel overly dark or unapproachable. To do this, I used textures that look like stained paper and sandy surfaces to give the brand an old and gritty quality, similar to tombstones and books, and used imagery that fit the spooky theme without feeling too scary.
